This is a picture I drew for my Dad's birthday a while back, as a present since I did not know what else to give/make him. It is my interpretation of the Tines race from the book, "A Fire Upon the Deep" by Vernor Vinge. I am not completely done with the novel, but it has really spiked my imagination due to the vivid imagery and intriguing story based in the vastness of space!

This is an animation I started February 16, 2018 after being inspired by one of my previous random sketches. I admire the way Japanese drawings capture the little details that make their products look cute and simple, so I tried to incorporate some of those aspects into this video.
