Lady Doreen's Scones

Made with chocolate chips.

A completely customizable recipe for breakfast, a snack, or a tea time treat!













~Ingredients~

350 g flour
5 ml salt
10 ml baking powder
30 ml sugar
35 ml butter, cold
175 ml milk

~Directions~

Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar into a bowl. Cut in butter and squish the two ingredients between the fingers until it resembles bread crumbs. Slowly incorporate the milk while mixing constantly. Flour a work surface and roll out dough with rolling pin to 1-2 cm thickness. Cut out any shapes with cookie cutters or with a knife. Bake at 450 f for 12-15 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy!        ~(Thickness of scones will also affect baking time.)~
