Skim Whipped Cream

My altered recipe:

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups of 1% fat milk
1 packet (.25 oz) or 1 tbsp powdered gelatin
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Directions
Place gelatin into only 1/4 cup of the skim milk. Mix together and heat up for about a minute, stirring constantly until fully dissolved (I did it on medium heat). Pour gelatin mixture into the rest of the milk and the sugar. With an electric mixer, whip together until doubled in size. Serve immediately with either some sort of crushed fruit, another flavor, or just by itself (it is best with something else because you can taste the gelatin a tiny bit). If you choose to refrigerate it, be warned that it will become broken (like an over beaten meringue), and you will have to whip it again. It will also lose a lot of it's volume after you whip it twice. Enjoy!
